December 2022 Real Estate Stats for North County San Diego
What a crazy month December was in 2022 for North County San DIego. Despite the declining market and overall adjustment, North County San Diego Real Estate still saw a positive gain of 2.3% in home values. There were 36.7% fewer homes listed for sale compared to previous month. There were also more than 1/4 of less pending transactions in North County San Diego, covering Oceanside CA Real Estate, Carlsbad Real Estate, Encinitas Homes, Solana Beach Homes Sale, Rancho Santa Fe, Poway, Rancho Bernardo Real Estate, etc.
The big one is that there were almost 50% less sales in December, pointing that November was a slow month for showing houses for most agents Living in North County San Diego. The biggest change on the chart shows the average Days on Market. UP ALMOST 90%!
